What is the typical delivery timeframe for bridal wear?
Standard shipping for our bridal collection takes 15-20 business days to ensure meticulous quality checks and secure packaging. Ready-to-wear items are usually delivered within 5-7 business days.
Do you offer custom tailoring or alterations?
Yes, we provide custom tailoring services for most of our ethnic wear. You can select the 'Custom Stitching' option on the product page and provide your measurements according to our size guide.
What is your return policy for wedding attire?
We accept returns on non-customized items within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the tags are intact and the garment is unworn. Please note that custom-stitched outfits are not eligible for return.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also monitor your shipment directly through the 'Track Order' section on our website.
Which payment methods do you support?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. For select locations, we also offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to photographic lighting and different screen resolutions, a slight variation of 5-10% in color may occur.
